Project Issues:
The airplane hangars were previously restored with an elastomeric roof coating system in 2007 and given a 10 Year Labor and Materials Leak Free System. At the end of 10 Year System, in 2017, the roof was cleaned and any spot repairs completed.
Restoration solution:
Roof was re-coated and the customer received an extension of the 10 Year Labor and Material Warranty until 2027.
Cost analysis:
Full tear-off and replacement cost from $3.50 to $6.00 per square foot. Roof Coating Restoration saved the client 30 - 50%.
